 The Embody program is an in-depth fascia awareness exploration training, focusing on the studies and the practices of the traditional Yin Yoga Asanas relating to the fascial system. Youl’ll learn A range of practices on Myofascial Release techniques dedicated to support women’s embodiment, healing, and longevity. 

I will guide you through a powerful and transformative journey and together we’ll achieve the results you desire!

READ WITH ATTENTION PLEASE:
  • This training is a relaunching of the online live Structural body module. All the lectures in this training has been recorded on Zoom from the lives of the past training and edited in a format to be more palatable to watch and learn on your pace online.  

  • Total hours of videos and lives in this course is 35 hours, the 15 remaining hours to complete your 50-hour certification count towards self-practice and studies. The material in the training needs to be digested, embodied and integrated. This hours are suggested by the IYA for all their teacher trainings program.

  • Learn how to release restrictions and blockages through Myofascial Release 
  • Self-myofascial release session using Guasha 
  • Practice and learn the traditional Yin Yoga postures combined with props 
  • Break down of all Yin Yoga postures 
  • Practice and learn sequences for an effective and personalised YFY Yoga 
  • Specific practice to maintain healthy joints and connective tissues 
  • Tools for women’s grounding and embodiment 

  • Fascia anatomy and physiology 
  • The importance of the Yin practice for women’s  health and longevity 
  • Comprehend Myer’s superficial fascial lines and its application into the Yin Yoga postures 
  • How trauma imparted in the body creates horizontal armouring bends in the torso.
  • Self – Myofascial Release applied for Yin Yoga postures 
  • How to release Myofascial tensions with fascia sliding cupping technique 
  • How to support women with C-section scar tissue pain and tension
