Breathwork Training (Switzerland) + Online Mentorship Program

The Embodied Resilience Mentorship program is designed to support you throughout the process initiated during the Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork training. While the breathwork training consists of only five days of meetings each time, this mentorship program provides ongoing, in-depth support, ensuring you are safely guided through the therapeutic processes experienced during the breathwork week.
