Once we are grounded, centered, focused and present, we can allow our clients to feel safe and held in a safe space with more resilience and clear boundaries.
This facilitator training program focuses on teaching you how to create and facilitate somatic trauma release breathwork sessions.
Inside this powerful program you will learn how to regulate your nerve system and how to cultivate more resilience by learning and diving in trauma informed practices, Somatic Experiencing foundations and all the breathwork practices.
The Somatic Trauma release breathwork is based on a circular breathing combined with postures that supports the flow of kundalini energy throughout the body.
We prepare the body beforehand with very effective Fascia release exercises facilitated by Yin Fascial Yoga and Myofascial Release therapy.
Once the body is open and ready, the session is supported with shamanic beats and all the main elements learned during this training.

Training Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your training plans. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
.Full Refund: Registrants are eligible for a full refund of the training fee if the cancellation is made at least until 4 months prior to the scheduled start date of the training.
.50% Refund: Registrants are eligible for a 50% refund of the training fee if the cancellation is made between 4 months and 1 month prior to the scheduled start date of the training.
.No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refund for cancellations made less than 1 month before the scheduled start date of the training.
.Cancellation by Us: In the event that we must cancel the training for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund of the training fee.
Additional Policies:
.Transfer Policy: Registrants have the option to transfer their registration to another individual if they are unable to attend the training themselves. A transfer request must be submitted in writing to vitalessenceportugal@gmail.com at least until two weeks prior to the start of the training.
.Force Majeure Clause: The organization will not be liable for any failure or delay if such any of those are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
.Minimum Enrollment Clause: This training requires a minimum number of participants to proceed as scheduled. In the event that the minimum enrollment is not met, registrants will be notified at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the training. Registrants will have the option to transfer their registration to a future session or receive a full refund of the training fee.
.Non-Attendance Policy: Registrants who fail to attend the training without formally canceling their registration will loose their right to a refund. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation, and registrants will not be eligible for any compensation or rescheduling of the training session.

All refund requests, transfer requests, and inquiries regarding the cancellation policy must be submitted in writing to vitalessenceportugal@gmail.com with the subject line "Training Cancellation Request." Registrants who have received confirmation of their cancellation, transfer, or refund are no longer eligible to attend the training.
