My Approach

My passion to guid women through Body and Mind integration processes has been enriched by many years of expertise in self-development. Passionate about unlocking people's full potential, my approach is personal, thorough, deep, individualised, life-changing and specially suited to those who are curious about and ready for embodiment, healing and self-transformation.

I believe that what manifests within is also what is shown to us in our 'outer' world. Thus my guiding mantra has become 'the body knows it’s way home,' a simple yet profound realisation that we must tune in and listen to our physical selves for answers on matters of health, wellness and spiritual truth.

I offer my work through coaching, tailored private sessions, classes, retreats and trainings online and in-person.

A number of health systems and modalities are covered in my work, including elements of Yoga, Myofascial Release Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Release Breathwork, Chakra Healing,  Inner-child work and Mindfulness.

The Core Techniques Of My System

Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure to the restrictions in the Myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion. This soft tissue can become restricted due to overuse, emotional and physical trauma, infection, inactivity, and muscle tension. When the Myofascial tissue is compromised, pain often results due to diminished blood flow.
When a Myofascial Release therapy session takes the tissue to a significant position, or when Myofascial unwinding allows a body part to assume a significant position three-dimensionally in space, the tissue changes and improves. In addition memories, associated emotional states and beliefs can rise to the level of conscious awareness and it is here that trauma can be released.

Vital Essence Breathwork

The trauma healing VE Breathwork is a profound transformative healing process. In a very shamanic process, the client is inspired to find and awaken the power of healing within. Once old wounds and traumatic events are released and transformed, individuals begin to regain lost soul parts and remember the magic of who they truly are.
This process is a true call to one’s full potential to bring wholeness and healing back into their own lives, to the lives of those they love, and to the world at large.
The technique is based on a circular breathing with the use of some TRE postures to support the flow of kundalini energy move throughout the body. The body is prepared beforehand with some very effective Fascia release exercises facilitated by Yin Fascial Yoga and Myofascial Release therapy techniques.  Once the body is open and ready, the session is supported with shamanic music and all the main elements.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic experiencing (SE), a specific approach to somatic therapy developed by Dr. Peter Levine, is based on the idea that traumatic experiences can lead to dysfunction in your nervous system, which can keep you from fully processing the experience.
SE helps you access and address this trauma that lingers in your body, allowing you to work through emotional symptoms, including feelings of anger, guilt, or shame.
This approach uses a body-first method to address symptoms, with the idea that healing or freeing this felt experience of trauma can also help heal the emotional experience.

Once these emotional and physical symptoms are resolved, most people find that it’s much easier to focus on addressing the psychological symptoms.

Yin Fascial Yoga

Yin Fascial Yoga is an integration of Yin Yoga, 5 Elements organ system, Myofascial Release and Mindfulness. These special tools work together on the fascial system in order to release traumatic imprints and to dissolve residual tensions helping to heal and strengthen the body, balance the emotions and calming the mind and spirit.
The aim of this complete and ancient mixes of practices is to open and balance the 3 bodies – the physical, the subtle and the causal – offering harmony, balance, presence and embodiment, through a somatic experiencing.

Dynamic Spiral Yoga

It combines Traditional Hatha yoga asana in a flow sequence with explorative Fascia spiral movement patterns inspired by Qigong, Gyrokynesis and spontaneous conscious movement.
Dynamic Spiral Yoga is a graceful and feminine practice, with a Yang energetic quality of fascia movement which works directly opening up and hydrating, strengthening, conditioning and nourishing the whole Myofascial system in our bodies.
The foundation of Dynamic Spiral Yoga is based on the deep spiral lines movement rising from the center core of the body in order to release, strength and conditioning the fascial system and whole body network.

Inner Child Work

Inner Child work is a psychological term used to describe the part of our adult psyche or personality that was created from childhood experiences and relationships. It represents the child we once were and it remains with us throughout our lives regardless of our age. For this reason, everyone’s inner child is different – with distinct personalities, needs and struggles. However, at the same time, there are often similar themes and needs for each inner child, such as needing to feel loved and safe. We work with meeting, acknowledging, loving, and integrating these parts of ourselves.

Women Embodiment

As a human race, we have moved far away from the wisdom of our bodies. It’s not exactly something that we are being taught at school, either. We mostly live in our minds, consumed by data, starving ourselves of true satisfaction and the joy of being alive.

Embodiment is just that: feeling enough to care. It is what makes us more human. It is what brings our vision into physical manifestation.

Embodiment means becoming whole. To have all of your parts on-line. To feel deeply and fully, which funnily enough is also the panacea to our collective ‘neurosis’.

I use movement, breath techniques, meditations and sound to guide women towards feeling their feelings and embody their bodies in a graceful way.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a fundamental part of my work, and aims to deepen our awareness and understanding of our own psychology to alleviate mental and physical suffering. A technique that will be learned through meditation practice.
In practical terms mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Mindfulness also invoke acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness meditation we develop the ability to reduce the size of the amygdala and increase the size of the prefrontal cortex in the brain. This results in decreased emotional reactivity and improved decision-making skills as well as increased emotional stability.

Chakra Development

Chakras are the circular vortexes of energy that are placed in seven different points on the spinal column, and all the seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body. These chakras are responsible for disturbing the life energy, which is also known as Qi or Prana.

Working with the chakra system, I stablished connection between the yogic healing arts and modern psychology, as well the connection with our emotional and phycological development. The Combination of the two systems create a very effective healing approach for trauma release.

I use the seven chakras system to strengthen and focus on personal power, improve intimate relationships, enhance intuition, and enter into their highest spiritual wisdom.

The chakras can be deficient, excessive, or blocked in need to rebalance, clearing or release the energy.

As our early traumas affect the energetic patterns that shape our physical and emotional well-being as adults, through the chakra system work we clear and harmonize these blockages.
