The Flow training is a Fascia Fluidity Embodiment of Movement.

This training is a study and practice of fascia fluidity exploration through Dynamic Spiral Yoga. 

A Yoga program dedicated to women’s embodiment, healing, and awakening registered by the International Yoga Alliance! 

FLOW Program

This training is a solid foundation of the Dynamic Spiral Yoga system, 
which is a fascia fluidity movement awareness. 
 
It offers a detailed breakdown and study of each of the elements that 
compose the movements which together will give form to the full dynamic spiral yoga practice. 
An explorative doorway to enter into the body mechanics of the fascial matrix.  
 
Dynamic Spiral Yoga method originated from the integration of the Ancient Wisdom of Qigong, and Yoga, and contemporary Conscious Spontaneous Movement, Gyrokinesis®, Myofascial unwinding and Spiral Dynamics movement. It focuses on the unwinding, releasing, strengthening, conditioning and healing the Myofascial tissues and how to take Yin energetic qualities into the Yang Dynamic fluid movements.
 
I will guide you through a graceful, powerful and transformative journey!

  • Understand and practice the foundation of the Dynamic Spiral movement.
  • Embodying fascia fluidity movement – a new way of practicing yoga with a fascia focus.
  • Learn the philosophy and history of the Spiral theory.
  • Practice a receptive feminine dynamic yoga practice. 
  • How to unlock and mobilise the three spinal sections for deep healing.
  • The form and function of the body mechanics of the Dynamic Spiral movement. 
  • Foundation of fascia unwinding and Gyrokinesis for the effective practice. 

  • How to use fascia movement to create a Yin and Yang yoga practice.
  • How to create an effective energetic asana practice. 
  • Experience the vibrant detoxifying quality of the practice. 
  • How to get more joints range of motion and healing.
  • How to strengthen the muscles using the connective tissue.
  • How to move with more stability and grounding. 
  • Build up a lesson plan for a general Yang practice combining stability and fluidity.
