Composed by 50 hours of a in- depth fascia exploration training, this program focus in the studies and the practice of the traditional Yin Yoga Asanas. Adding a full exploration on Myofascial Release techniques and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), emphasising the perspective of Yin Fascial Yoga dedicated for women.
This training practices support women’s health healing and longevity. Through sharing ancestral and modern techniques, it will be a powerful and transformative journey together with Beta and Zoe.
The curriculum of this structural body module covers a range of topics in the philosophy and techniques of TCM, including an in-depth study of the Taoism studies and a deep understanding of the Myofascia Release techniques in the Yin Yoga practice.
You will deepen your knowledge specifically in the yin yang theory, as well as the TCM organ structure (ZangFu), and how they manifest into our entire system via the 5 elements.
Each day is focused on one element and organ pair meridian of the TCM approach.
With the wisdom coming through the Taoism teachings, an ancient and profound philosophy still immensely relevant today, each day we will have a guided yin practice and meditation, to reach greater insight into the meaning of the universal existence.
